The Connect Program supports students who have completed their high school program and are preparing for the transition to adult life. Designed to create meaningful opportunities for employment and community integration, the program focuses on each student’s individual transition goals across the areas of employment, postsecondary education or training, and independent living.
Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on experiences, students develop essential skills for the workplace, daily living, and community participation. With guidance from a dedicated special education teacher and support from the transition team, students receive individualized instruction tailored to their unique strengths and future goals.
The Connect Program empowers students to take the next steps toward independence and self-determination, equipping them with the tools they need to succeed in adult life.
