Mr Randy has been one of my favorite job coaches that I had. We had so many good laughs every day when he would take me and my coworkers to Little Company of Mary Hospital for volunteer work. He was such a cool guy and I’m really going to miss him. 💔
Anyone who had the opportunity to know Randy truly was blessed by a ray of sunshine. He was one of a kind. It was such an honor to know you, Randy. AERO will miss you always ❤️
I had the pleasure of knowing Randy from AERO for at least 15 - 20 years! I managed the Shannon Center at Saint Xavier for years and Randy was one of our favorite job coaches who brought such fun energy and kindness to all the students…when I left SXU after 20 years, I helped open Wintrust Sports Complex in Bedford Park 5 years ago and one of my first jobs I wanted to do was bring AERO students to the new facility and I specifically requested Randy to be the job coach because I knew what a big heart he had and the students worked so well under his direction! We miss Randy dearly but we love our continued relationship with AERO for years to come! Randy was AERO legacy! He lived the mission of kindness, work ethic and loyalty 100%
I am devastated to learn of Randy’s passing. He was truly one of a kind and I don’t know of anyone who didn’t absolutely love him for his friendship, kindness, work ethic, loving nature and so much more. I don’t usually understand who, when and why a person is taken home but I do know that GOD does and he took a good one and now Randy is free from illness and the suffering that went with it. Rest in peace Randy, but also raise some hell up in heaven, you deserve some fun. I will truly miss you. 😢

Ty for sharing. I did see this . Do you know how long he's had brain cancer? Thats horrible.
We are incredibly proud to share that A.E.R.O. has earned state-level recognition and the PBIS Storytelling Badge by the Midwest PBIS Network for the second year in a row! 🎖️✈️
At the center of this milestone is our dedicated PBIS Leadership Team. They didn't just maintain the status quo; they courageously set out to build a stronger framework for our students' success.
The team looked closely at our data and established highly specific goals focused on aligning our diverse programs, improving classroom environments, and expanding tiered behavioral supports. Crucially, their plan includes specific measures for holding themselves and each other accountable to making A.E.R.O. the premier and innovative learning institution that our students truly deserve.
True growth takes courage, and our team has leaned into that challenge completely. Thank you to our PBIS Leadership Team, our staff, and our families for keeping us moving forward!
